Program Options

Medical Review Officer (MRO)
Availability of a certified MRO - a licensed physician responsible for receiving and interpreting laboratory results generated by an employer’s drug testing program.

Employee Assistance Program
Designed to help employees with problems that interfere with their ability to function on the job. Includes assistance for alcohol or drug abuse, emotional problems, and/or mental illness.

Unbiased Computer-Generated Random Testing
Assists employers with generating and/or managing their random drug/alcohol program.

Training and Education
Assists employers with the development of urine collection policies/procedures.
